How SETVR Yoga Works

In SETVR Yoga, enjoy our guided walkthrough of each pose, while our virtual instructor does the moves alongside you. There’s no pressure to switch poses quickly or to finish the entire yoga session. As the yoga session starts, our instructor welcomes you to our peaceful training area. The instructor begins with a few basic standing stretches to elongate and “wake up” the spine. Following the standing stretches, our instructor leads into poses to help strengthen your legs and core.
